In a magical place, surrounded by the greenery of nature, overlooking the blue Atlantic Ocean and the serenity of the mountain breezes, we designed the project "Santuario del Corozo".

“Unique not only for the perfection of its location, but also for its conception from the beginning of creating an exclusive, fresh project, respectful of its surroundings and at the same time with a touch of luxury and comfort.

Respecting the slope of the land, we designed villas and bungalows that are the ideal space for panoramic views of our beloved North Coast. In a space that seeks to adapt to its location and open the exterior to the interior of the houses.

Santuario del Corozo is not only an architectural design, it is a lifestyle. Freshness, calm, quality, integrity, green, harmony, peace .... These are just some of the words that describe it. This is undoubtedly a special place.”

Graduated in architecture at the Universidad Pontifica Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Santiago Campus. R.D. 2012. Master in advanced architecture, landscaping, urbanism and design. Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. 2015. Master in integrated management of construction projects. Polytechnic University, Valencia 2016. He has stood out for the subtle and attractive interior design that together with his mother have made from his company XH Habitat Design.
