We are a private and exclusive Eco Modern community. 60 lots from 400 to 1,200 square meters, exclusive for homes. Good development is supported by construction rules and a coexistence agreement that is attached to the title, and to the purchase and sale contract.
Our amenity club will be exclusive to the owners and its lifetime use is acquired through the purchase of the land.
The residential will be developed with the minimum environmental impact, respecting each tree and species; always promoting the innocuous products, the excellent relationship with the locals who will have preference for job opportunities.
We will have asphalt roads, an underground electrical system, and a gray water treatment plant. We are working with a three-phase electrical distribution system so that all future homes can install solar panel systems and charge their equipment and electric cars if required.
The water comes from Coraaplata, because of its importance and preservation, in our regulations we indicate to install rainwater reuse systems as a system of sustainability and filter systems to reduce the use of plastic in our food.

Before signing the separation contract, it is essential to read and accept the cohabitation agreement. This will be done in a face-to-face or virtual meeting, where all the buyer's questions and concerns will be exposed. And SDC will be able to evaluate if the buyer's purposes are compatible with SDC.
